Frequently asked questions

Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Please get in touch with us!

Can I really buy hearing aids online?

Yes — but unlike generic online marketplaces, we’re a licensed audiology practice. That means you get both the convenience of online shopping and the confidence of professional, in-person care.

Will they be programmed for my hearing loss?

Absolutely. If you’re a new customer, we’ll guide you through a hearing test (in-clinic or remote). Every device is then customized to your specific needs — no generic settings.

Do I need to come into the clinic?

Not always. Many fittings and follow-ups can be done remotely depending on the device. But if you’re nearby, we’re happy to see you in person for adjustments and support. Generally we recommend coming into the clinic, after all you get local care with your purchase!

Can I return or exchange my hearing aids?

Yes. We offer a risk-free trial period and follow manufacturer return policies. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll work with you to adjust, replace, or refund. We offer a 30 day trial period as well as a 30 day refund policy..

Do you offer shipping and warranty support?

Yes — all devices come with full manufacturer warranties, and we ship securely across the US. Local pickup is also available.

Are prices the same online and in-store?

Yes. Whether you buy in person or through our website, you’ll get transparent pricing - no surprises, and full aftercare included.
