Direct Bluetooth streaming is not available on the smallest IIC/CIC styles; for streaming TV audio and hands-free calls, use optional accessories such as StreamLine TV and StreamLine Mic. Not always. Many fittings and follow-ups can be done remotely depending on the device. But if you’re nearby, we’re happy to see you in person for adjustments and support. Generally we recommend coming into the clinic, after all you get local care with your purchase!

Can I return or exchange my hearing aids?

Yes. We offer a risk-free trial period and follow manufacturer return policies. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll work with you to adjust, replace, or refund. We offer a 30 day trial period as well as a 30 day refund policy..
